Lightweight, breathable and stretchy materials increase flexibility and heat dispersion during training sessions.

Quick Release Design

Middle and ring finger pull tabs allow easy removal without struggling with sweaty hands. Elastic Velcro wrist straps enable adjustable tightness for a personalised fit across different wrist sizes. A terry cloth thumb section adds a practical sweat-wiping surface during intense activity.

Lightweight Training Use

Suitable for adults seeking palm protection during weightlifting, cycling, rowing or climbing where full-finger coverage is not required. Machine washable at 40 degrees with air drying recommended to maintain shape. Buyers needing full finger protection or heavy-duty lifting support should consider alternative designs.

Questions about this item

How do I measure my hand to confirm the Medium size will fit?

Measure the circumference of your palm and compare it with the size data; Medium corresponds to the 6.3-6 range shown for the S size reference.

What is the correct way to put these gloves on and the step users often miss?

Slip your hands in, then secure the elastic Velcro wrist strap for a personalised fit; the middle and ring finger quick-pull tabs are used to remove them easily.

How should I wash the gloves to keep the silicone palm grip and terry-cloth thumb in good condition?

Hand wash in water under 40°C or use a gentle machine cycle inside a laundry bag; air dry naturally without ironing, detergent or bleach.
