Sungale 21.5-inch Cloud Frame

The Sungale CPF2200 is a 21.5-inch digital photo frame with a 1920 x 1080 IPS LCD screen and 32GB of internal storage. It connects to the Sungale Cloud service for remote photo management via a mobile app or web portal. The frame supports automatic rotation between portrait and landscape orientations. It is designed for simple sharing of photos with family members.

Ideal for non-technical recipients

This frame suits grandparents or relatives who want to receive photos without operating a computer or smartphone app themselves. It works well for households that prefer a dedicated display over a tablet. Buyers who need local-only operation without an internet connection should look elsewhere. Users requiring expandable storage beyond 128GB SD cards will find the limit restrictive.

Free cloud storage and app ecosystem

The bundle includes 20GB of free cloud storage for album creation and sharing across multiple frames. The Sungale Cloud app on iOS and Android enables instant photo sending and frame management from anywhere. An SD card slot accepts cards up to 128GB for additional local capacity. Wall-mount holes on the back allow vertical or horizontal hanging with user-supplied screws.

Questions about this item

Does the CPF2200 need a Wi-Fi network and a smartphone or computer to receive photos?

Yes, the frame connects to your home Wi-Fi so you can send pictures from the Sungale Cloud app on iOS or Android or from the web portal on any computer.

Can I still show pictures stored on an SD card while the frame is also linked to my cloud albums?

The CPF2200 accepts SD cards up to 128 GB and its 32 GB internal memory holds cloud photos, so both local and cloud images are available at the same time.

How do I confirm the 21.5 inch IPS screen is displaying at its native 1920 x 1080 resolution after setup?

Open the on-screen information menu; it lists the current resolution, which should read 1920 x 1080 for the 21.5 inch panel.
