Tactical indie squad shooter

Phantom Squad is a PC downloadable game published by Super Rare Games Limited and developed by Ctrl Freak. It arrives as a Steam online code that activates on a third-party Steam account. The indie title supports solo play or teams of two to four players in tactical combat missions. English voice acting and ten subtitle languages cover the interface.

Sustained co-op mission flow

Each sortie demands pre-mission planning with voice chat and in-game tools before the shooting starts. Over twenty specialised gadgets such as heartbeat sensors and breaching equipment expand tactical options beyond pure gunplay. Friendly fire stays active throughout, so extended sessions reward disciplined trigger control and constant communication rather than reflex spraying. The battlefield adapts as enemies react to squad movements.

Digital delivery and platform tie-in

No physical media ships; the product is a download code redeemed exclusively through Steam. A Steam account and internet connection are mandatory for activation and play.
