Derek Smalls Bassist Figure

This 3.75" scale ReAction figure depicts Derek Smalls from the Spinal Tap film. It features five points of articulation and includes a black bass guitar accessory. The figure wears dark attire with a signature leather harness inspired by the Smell the Glove album. Packaged on a blistered cardback, it is made from injected paint and plastic for collectors aged 14 and up.

Spinal Tap Fans and Display Collectors

This figure suits fans of the 1984 mockumentary who want a detailed character piece for display. The five points of articulation limit dynamic posing options for action-oriented play. Buyers seeking highly poseable figures with extensive joint counts should look at something else. It is designed as a static collectible rather than a toy for rough handling.

Scale and Articulation Details

The figure measures 3.75 inches in scale and offers five points of articulation. These specifications determine the display presence and posing flexibility of the item. The included black bass guitar accessory complements the character design at this scale. Manufactured in China, it carries an age rating of 14+.

Questions about this item

How do I display the 3.75" Derek Smalls figure on the blistered cardback without damaging the packaging?

The figure is sealed on the cardback with a clear plastic blister; remove it by carefully cutting the blister edges if you want the figure loose, or leave it sealed for mint-in-box display.

Will the black bass guitar accessory or leather harness degrade over time?

The injected paint and plastic construction resists fading; store away from direct sunlight and heat to keep the harness and bass guitar from becoming brittle.

At what point does the five-point articulation limit posing options during extended play?

With only five articulation points — head, shoulders, and hips — the figure cannot bend knees or elbows, so complex action poses are the first limitation you encounter.
