Toho ReAction Figure Godzilla Marusan L-Tail Glow

This 3.75 inch scale articulated figure reproduces the horizontal L-Tail design from later versions of the classic Marusan Godzilla toy. It is finished in a glow-in-the-dark colorway and carries a Marusan logo stamped on the foot. The piece is aimed at collectors who appreciate vintage kaiju aesthetics updated with a modern luminous twist.

Materials and display presence

The figure is made from injected plastic and paint, built for shelf display rather than rough play. Its glow-in-the-dark finish charges under light and emits a visible aura in darkness, adding a distinctive visual element to a collection. No batteries or electronics are involved, so the effect is passive and maintenance-free.

Packaging and articulation limits

It ships on a full-color blistered cardback that mimics the original 1960s toy packaging, making it suitable for mint-on-card preservation. Six points of articulation allow basic posing but restrict dynamic action stances. The age rating of 14 plus reflects collectible intent rather than child-safe play patterns.

Questions about this item

How do I attach the figure to the blistered cardback for display?

The figure ships sealed inside the full-color blistered cardback; simply open the blister to remove it for loose display or leave it sealed for mint-in-package collecting.

Will the glow-in-the-dark paint on the L-Tail fade over time?

The injected-plastic body and paint are designed for long-term display; normal indoor light exposure will not degrade the glow effect, and no replacement parts are expected.

How durable are the six articulation joints under repeated posing?

Six points of articulation on injected plastic hold typical collector poses; excessive force or frequent repositioning may loosen joints before any other wear appears.
