Classic Monster Ride

This Super7 Universal Monsters figure pairs a five-inch soft-vinyl Mummy with a wind-up blue tricycle that rolls and rings its bell. The vintage-style tin-and-plastic vehicle is driven by an internal spring mechanism so no batteries are required. It arrives in a full-colour illustrated box designed for shelf display and is rated for ages 14 and up.

Wind-Up Simplicity

Installation is simply removing the figure and trike from the box, winding the key on the rear axle and setting it on a smooth surface. The mechanism engages instantly and the bell chimes as the wheels turn. The only common issue is overwinding the spring, which can cause the gears to slip or the key to resist further turns.

Display-First Durability

Under continuous running the spring unwinds in a short burst rather than sustaining motion for long periods. The tin wheels and bell are built for occasional play and static display, not extended floor sessions. Repeated heavy winding will fatigue the metal spring faster than light occasional use.

Not for Rough Play

Collectors who want a toy that can survive repeated crashes, outdoor surfaces or unsupervised use by younger children should look elsewhere. The soft vinyl rider and thin tin components are fragile and intended for careful handling.
