5U GPU server with Threadripper 7970X

This 5U rack-mount system ships with an AMD Ryzen Threadripper 7970X processor delivering 32 cores and 64 threads for workstation workloads. It includes 32GB of DDR5-4800 memory, a 3.8TB M.2 NVMe SSD, and an AMD Radeon PRO W7900 professional graphics card. A 2000W platinum-rated power supply supports the complete configuration.

Installation notes for rack deployment

The unit fits a standard 5U rack space and requires adequate airflow clearance front-to-rear. Its 2000W power supply draws significant current, so verify that your rack PDU and circuit can sustain the load. The M.2 SSD and GPU come factory-installed, reducing on-site assembly to rack mounting and cable routing.

Pre-order checklist for your environment

Confirm your rack depth accommodates a 5U chassis and that front-to-rear cooling matches the server's airflow direction. Ensure the facility power circuit can handle a 2000W platinum supply at your local voltage. This system targets workstation workloads; buyers who need multi-node density or a different GPU vendor should evaluate alternative configurations.
