Compact 1U server chassis with 350 W supply

The Supermicro CSE-813MFTQC-350CB is a 1U rack-mount enclosure measuring 1.7 in tall, 17.2 in wide and 23.4 in deep. It ships with a 350 W power supply installed and weighs 17.6 lbs net. The black steel chassis is built for dense, space-constrained server deployments.

Suited to single-node builds with modest power needs

This unit fits administrators assembling a single-socket server where a 350 W supply covers the component budget. It is not for buyers who need redundant power supplies, hot-swap drive bays beyond the standard layout, or a deeper chassis for long expansion cards. GPU-heavy workloads and multi-node configurations should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

What rack depth does the 594 mm deep chassis need for rear cable clearance?

The chassis depth is 594 mm; allow extra rack depth behind the mounting rails for cables and airflow.

How is the 350 W power supply installed in this 1U chassis?

The 350 W supply slides in from the front and locks with a thumbscrew; the step often missed is fully seating the power connector before tightening the screw.
