1U rack server with dual 18-core Xeon E5-2697 v4 processors, 32GB DDR4, MegaRAID 9361-8i controller, four 3.5-inch hot-swap bays and quad 10GBase-T Ethernet
The Supermicro SYS-6018U-TR4T+ fits a standard 1U rack space and ships with two Xeon E5-2697 v4 processors, each running 18 cores at 2.3 GHz. It includes 32 GB of DDR4 ECC memory across four modules and a MegaRAID 9361-8i controller that supports RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50 and 60. Four 3.5-inch hot-plug bays accept SATA or SAS drives, and quad 10GBase-T ports handle high-throughput networking.
The chassis uses the CSE-819U platform with the X10DRU-i+ motherboard, so CPU coolers and memory must match the LGA 2011-3 socket and registered DDR4 specification. Rack rails and the front bezel are not included, so plan to supply compatible sliding rails for the target cabinet. The 9361-8i card occupies a PCIe slot; verify cable routing to the backplane before closing the lid. Dual 750 W platinum power supplies are hot-swap redundant, but each unit needs its own PDU circuit for full resilience.
This configuration provides only four 3.5-inch bays, so workloads that require ten or more spindles will need an external JBOD or a different chassis. The on-board Matrox G200 graphics with 8 MB video memory is strictly for console output and cannot accelerate compute or rendering tasks. Memory capacity is currently 32 GB; the board supports up to 1.5 TB, but additional DIMMs are not included. No solid-state drives are installed.

Log into the IPMI 2.0 web interface via the dedicated RJ45 management port; the System Information page shows both 18-core processors at 2.3GHz and all 32GB of registered ECC memory.
Included: chassis CSE-819U with motherboard X10DRU-i+, two Xeon E5-2697 v4 CPUs, four 8GB DDR4-2400 DIMMs, MegaRAID 9361-8i with 1GB cache and battery, AOC-UR-i4XT quad 10GBase-T card, four 3.5″ hot-plug trays, two 750W platinum PSUs. Not included: 3.5″ SAS/SATA drives, front bezel, rack-mount rails.
The 9361-8i supports RAID 0/1/5/6/10/50/60 across four 3.5″ SAS or SATA drives; match capacity to your usable-space and redundancy target — for example, four identical drives in RAID 10 gives half the raw total with two-drive fault tolerance.
