Portable Bluetooth speaker with TWS

The SUPERSONIC IQ-2308BT is an 8-inch portable speaker designed for parties, karaoke and outdoor gatherings. It pairs two units via Bluetooth 5.0 True Wireless Stereo for wider sound. A built-in carry handle makes it easy to move between rooms or venues. Multiple inputs cover Bluetooth, USB, Micro SD, AUX and FM radio.

Sustained output and battery behaviour

The 5W RMS woofer runs from a 1200mAh rechargeable battery rated for up to 2 hours at 10% volume and 1 hour at maximum volume. Recharging takes 56 hours from the DC5V supply. The frequency response spans 40Hz to 18KHz with a 65dB signal-to-noise ratio and 3-ohm impedance. Bluetooth range extends to 10 metres.

Build, connectors and daily use

A top control panel and included remote give quick access to volume, tracks and LED light show modes. The wired microphone plugs into a dedicated jack for announcements or karaoke. USB and Micro SD slots accept cards up to 32GB. A USB-C cable charges the unit. The speaker weighs little enough for one-hand carry yet stays stable on flat surfaces.

Questions about this item

Does the 5 W speaker and LED light show cause the 1200 mAh battery to run hot or drain fast during all-day use?

At low volume the 1200 mAh battery lasts up to 2 hours; at maximum volume it drops to 1 hour, and full recharge takes 56 hours.

What sources can I play without pairing a phone to the Bluetooth 5.0 speaker?

You can play music directly from USB drives or Micro SD cards up to 32 GB, FM radio, or the AUX input.

If I keep my older speaker without TWS, can the IQ-2308BT still pair with it for stereo sound?

True Wireless Stereo works only between two IQ-2308BT units via Bluetooth 5.0; it will not link with non-TWS speakers.
