What This Product Is

This six-pack of black printer ribbons replaces the Citizen CA0940-01 cartridge. It fits Citizen AL-10, HSP-500, MSP-10, MSP-10E, MSP-20, MSP-20E, MSP-40, MSP-50 and Prodot 9 series dot-matrix printers. The ribbons are built to OEM specifications for receipts, invoices and high-volume business printing.

Check Your Printer Before Ordering

Verify that your machine is one of the Citizen models listed above and that it uses a CA0940-01 or equivalent ribbon cartridge. The product is designed for 110 V units sold in the U.S. and is manufactured in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified facilities. Confirm the part number on your existing ribbon matches the compatible OEM numbers supplied.

When the Upgrade Makes Sense

Switch to this pack when OEM ribbons are unavailable or cost more per unit. The compatible construction meets or exceeds OEM performance while reducing replacement frequency through good ink retention. It is not suited for printers outside the listed Citizen and Prodot 9 series or for users needing colour output.
