Product Identity

The SuppliesMax compatible printer ribbon replaces the Citizen P0940-01 cartridge in dot matrix printers. It ships as a six-pack of black ink ribbons built to OEM specifications. The ribbons fit Citizen 124, HQP-40, Prodot 24, Tribute 124, 224, Prodot 24X and Tribute 224 series machines. They also work with Fortis DQ-4110 and DQ-4210 models.

Build Fit

Each ribbon installs directly into the printer's existing cartridge bay without adapters or tools. The compatible design matches original dimensions so the print mechanism advances the ribbon normally. Excellent ink retention reduces the frequency of ribbon changes during high-volume printing. The six-pack format keeps spares on hand for continuous operation in busy environments.

Who It Suits

This pack suits offices that run Citizen or Fortis dot matrix printers for receipts, invoices or multi-part forms and want a lower-cost alternative to OEM ribbons. It is not for users of laser, inkjet or thermal printers. Buyers who need colour output or ribbon cartridges for non-listed printer models should look elsewhere.
