Compatible POS ribbon for DataCard printers

SuppliesMAX purple printer ribbons replace DataCard part 53-70390-001P and fit the 6800, 8220, 8600 and 8620 series dot-matrix machines. The six-pack supplies retail, hospitality and office environments that rely on consistent point-of-sale output.

Sustained printing performance

Premium materials and ink formulation are built to OEM specifications so the ribbon maintains sharp, legible characters across long print runs. Excellent ink retention reduces the frequency of changes during high-volume receipt and invoice batches, keeping queues moving without fade or smudging.

Verify printer model and voltage

Confirm the installed unit is a DataCard 6800, 8220, 8600 or 8620 before ordering, as the ribbon is designed for those specific models. The product is manufactured for 110 V machines sold in the U.S., so check the printer’s voltage rating matches the supply.
