Six-pack ribbon supply
This six-pack of SuppliesMax black printer ribbons replaces the Decision 1Data 363018-00 cartridge. It is built for dot-matrix machines such as the 6550 and 6650 series. The ribbons target offices that print receipts, invoices and other high-volume business forms. Each unit is manufactured to OEM specifications in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified facilities.
OEM cartridge alternative
The ribbons serve as a direct replacement for the original Decision 1Data 363018-00 part. Switching makes sense when a business wants to lower per-page cost while keeping print quality sharp and consistent. The compatible design is guaranteed not to void the printer manufacturer warranty under U.S. law. Buyers who need colour output or thermal-transfer printing should look elsewhere.
Drop-in cartridge installation
Installation consists of opening the printer cover, removing the spent cartridge and snapping the new ribbon into the same guides. No tools or firmware updates are required. The most common issue is mis-seating the ribbon so the advance gear does not engage, which causes faint or patchy print. Ensure the ribbon feeds smoothly before closing the cover.
