Compatible Purple POS Ribbon Pack

This six-pack of purple ink ribbons replaces the Diebold 50456-APU cartridge and fits Diebold 1060 ATM-Journal and 1252 series printers. It also works with ERC Systems 4140, Facit ER-2970, Glory SR-600R and many Hermes, Jay, Keystone, Olivetti, Quantec, Quen Data, TCA and Tricom models. The ribbons are built to OEM specifications for receipt, invoice and high-volume business printing.

Ready-to-Use Multi-Pack

Each pack contains six ribbons so operators can swap cartridges without waiting for a reorder. No separate ink bottles, chips or software are included; the ribbons install directly into the printer mechanism. The multi-unit quantity reduces replacement frequency in busy retail or banking environments.

Diebold 50456-APU Part Match

The decisive specification is the OEM part number 50456-APU, also listed as 00-050456-0-00-APU. If your machine requires that exact part number, this compatible ribbon will fit; if the printer uses a different ribbon part number, this pack will not work.

Questions about this item

How often will the purple ribbon need replacing during high-volume printing?

Excellent ink retention minimises replacement frequency, and the pack contains six ribbons for extended use.

What limits continuous operation in a Diebold 1060 ATM-Journal?

The ribbon itself is the consumable limit; six ribbons per pack support sustained high-volume printing.

Does the ribbon generate extra heat or noise in a 1252 series printer?

No, the ribbon is a passive ink cartridge and adds no heat or noise during all-day operation.
