SuppliesMax Epson S015337 Black Printer Ribbons 6/PK

Compatible ribbon for LQ-590 series

This six-pack of black dot-matrix ribbons replaces Epson part S015337 and fits the LQ-590, LQ-590-II, LQ-590-II-NT, LQ-590N and LQ-590A printers. Each cartridge is built to OEM dimensions so it installs without modification. The pack suits offices that run continuous forms, invoices or receipts on these legacy impact printers.

Print consistency over long runs

The ribbon material holds ink evenly across the full length of the fabric, so character density stays uniform from the first page to the last page of a multi-part form set. Resistance to drying out means the cartridge remains usable after pauses between print jobs. This behaviour supports high-volume batches without the fade that appears on worn or poorly saturated ribbons.

Impact-printer interface limits

The ribbon works only with 24-pin dot-matrix mechanisms that accept the S015337 cartridge geometry; it cannot be used in inkjet, laser or thermal-transfer devices. Print speed and maximum copies per form are dictated by the printer's own solenoid timing and platen pressure, not by the ribbon itself. Buyers who need colour output or silent non-impact printing must choose a different technology.
