Compatible POS printer ribbons

This pack contains six black ink ribbons built to match OEM specifications for the ERC-27B cartridge. They fit a wide range of Epson and third-party point-of-sale printers used for receipts and invoices. The compatible design delivers sharp, professional output in daily retail and hospitality environments.

Ink retention and consistent operation

Premium materials hold ink reliably so the ribbon feeds evenly through high-volume print cycles. Stable ink flow reduces smudging and keeps text legible on every transaction. The formulation minimises the frequency of ribbon changes during busy service periods.

Six-pack convenience for busy sites

A single box supplies multiple replacements, letting staff swap ribbons without ordering delays. Cartridges slot into the listed printer models without tools or adjustments. The supply suits operations that cannot afford downtime at the register.

Questions about this item

How do I install the ERC-27B ribbon in an Epson TM-290 printer, and which step often goes wrong?

Open the printer cover, remove the old cartridge, insert the new ERC-27B ribbon until it clicks, then advance the ribbon manually using the knob to eliminate slack before closing the cover.

What maintenance or replacement will the ERC-27B ribbon need during its life?

The ribbon is a single-use consumable; when print becomes faint or spotty, replace the entire cartridge — no separate ink refills or cleaning kits are required for this model.

What limit appears first when printing high volumes continuously with the ERC-27B?

Ink depletion is the first limit; the ribbon yields no rated page count, so monitor print density and swap cartridges once output fades to maintain legible receipts.
