What this ribbon pack is for

This six-pack of black/red ink ribbons replaces the Lathem VIS6009 cartridge used in the 6000E time clock. It is built for businesses that print receipts, invoices or employee time cards on a daily basis and need a drop-in supply that matches OEM output quality.

Behaviour during continuous printing

The ribbons are manufactured in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified facilities with premium materials that retain ink well, so print density stays consistent across long runs. Each cartridge is designed for 110 V machines sold in the U.S. and delivers sharp characters without the fading that can appear on lower-grade compatibles after extended use.

Check your machine before ordering

Verify that your time clock is a Lathem 6000E or accepts the OEM part numbers VIS6009 or LAM021100; other models will not fit. The pack contains six ribbons and carries a 30-day manufacturer warranty, but packaging may vary from the images shown.

Questions about this item

How much heat or noise does the SuppliesMAX Lathem VIS6009 ribbon produce when the time clock runs continuously?

The ribbon itself is a passive ink cartridge with no moving parts, so it generates no heat or noise during all-day operation.

What must I already own for the SuppliesMAX Lathem VIS6009 ribbon to work?

You need a Lathem 6000E series time clock or another printer that accepts the Lathem VIS6009 or LAM021100 part number.

Will the SuppliesMAX Lathem VIS6009 ribbon install and print correctly in an older Lathem 6000E machine I still use?

Yes, the ribbon is built to OEM specifications for the Lathem 6000E series and fits the same cartridge slot as the original VIS6009 ribbon.
