Compatible Dot Matrix Ribbon Pack

SuppliesMax Lexmark 11A3540 compatible black printer ribbons come in a six-pack for Lexmark and IBM Formsprinter 2380, 2381, 2390 and 2391 series dot matrix printers. They replace OEM part numbers 11A3540, 1040930 and 443D with a direct-fit design. The ribbons are built to match original specifications for sharp, professional output on receipts, invoices and high-volume business forms.

Capacity and Headroom

Each pack supplies six black ink ribbons, giving extended replacement intervals for continuous printing workloads. The ribbons provide reliable ink retention to minimise change-over frequency during daily invoice or receipt runs. When the ink is exhausted the ribbon must be replaced; no refill or re-inking option is provided. Buyers who need colour printing or higher-yield cartridges should look elsewhere.

OEM Part Number Match

The single specification that decides fit is the OEM part number cross-reference: Lexmark 11A3540, Lexmark 1040930, IBM InfoPrint 11A3540, Capital Imaging 4411, DataProducts 5190 series, General Ribbon 443D and NER 1472. If your printer requires any of these numbers the pack will work; if it requires a different ribbon part number it will not.

Questions about this item

Will the SuppliesMAX 11A3540 ribbon work in my Lexmark Formsprinter 2390 Plus without adjustments?

The ribbon is built to OEM specifications for the Formsprinter 2380, 2381, 2390 and 2391 series, so it installs directly in the 2390 Plus with no modification needed.

How can I confirm the ribbon is printing correctly after I install it?

Run a self-test or print a sample invoice; sharp, even black characters across the full width show the ribbon is seated and feeding properly.

What comes in the 6-pack and is anything else required to start printing?

The box contains six black ink ribbons (part 11A3540); no extra cartridges or tools are needed — just fit a ribbon into the printer and begin.
