SuppliesMax OKI44173404 Printer Ribbon Black 6 Pack

Compatible ribbon for Okidata MICROLINE 621/691

This six-pack of black printer ribbons replaces Okidata part 44173404 and fits MICROLINE 621, 691 and 691N models as well as ML-621, ML-691 and ML-691N machines. It is built to OEM specifications for sharp, professional output on receipts, invoices and other high-volume business documents. The ribbons are manufactured in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified facilities using new and recycled components.

Consistent output during extended print runs

Excellent ink retention keeps density stable across long batches so text remains legible from the first page to the last. The formulation resists drying out between shifts, reducing the chance of faded lines or smudging when the printer sits idle. Designed for 110V equipment sold in the U.S., the ribbons maintain reliable feed and impact quality throughout the cartridge life.

Simple cartridge swap with minimal issues

Installation follows the standard Okidata ribbon change procedure: open the cover, remove the spent cartridge and snap the new one into place. No tools or firmware updates are required. The most common problem is forgetting to seat the ribbon guide fully, which can cause misaligned characters; a firm click confirms correct engagement. Using compatible supplies does not void the printer manufacturer warranty.
