Product Purpose

This six-pack of purple printer ribbons replaces the Rapidprint RAT021000P cartridge used in time-clock and receipt printers. Offices running Amano, Pyramid Tech, Stromberg or Rapidprint machines can keep a ready supply for payroll, invoicing and high-volume transaction printing.

Installation Notes

Each ribbon installs by opening the printer cover, removing the spent cartridge and seating the new spool onto the drive pins until it clicks. The most common issue is forgetting to advance the ribbon manually after insertion, which leaves a blank first impression; a quick turn of the take-up knob resolves it.

Compatibility Check

Verify that your device appears in the supported model list — Amano 5600, 60i, AGP-5000, BX-6000, EX series, PIX series, TCX series, MJR-8500, NS-5100, Pyramid Tech 6000, 6400, M1000, PTI-1000, PTI-3000, Rapidprint D900, Stromberg JCV-1000 or STR-614. Buyers needing a different colour or a cartridge for a machine not listed here will need an alternative ribbon.
