Compatible Time-Clock Ribbon Pack

This six-pack of black/red printer ribbons replaces Pyramid PYD021000BR cartridges. It fits a wide range of Pyramid Tech models including the 6000, 6400, M1000, PTI-1000 and PTI-3000. The ribbons also work with numerous Amano, Rapidprint and Stromberg time clocks. Offices needing reliable dual-colour output for payroll records will find them suitable.

Consistent Print Quality

Built to match OEM specifications, the ribbons deliver sharp, professional text on receipts and invoices. Excellent ink retention reduces the frequency of cartridge changes during high-volume printing. The formulation resists smudging and fading so archived documents stay legible. Each ribbon installs without tools or calibration.

Drop-In Replacement

The cartridges snap directly into the listed Pyramid, Amano, Rapidprint and Stromberg machines. No firmware updates or adapter brackets are required. The six-pack format keeps spares on hand for continuous operation across multiple devices. Buyers who need single-colour ribbons or cartridges for non-listed models should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How do I install the ribbon in a Pyramid 6000 time clock without jamming the spool?

Open the printer cover, remove the old cartridge, align the new ribbon's notches with the drive gears, press firmly until it clicks, then close the cover and run a test print.

When will the black/red ribbon need replacing in a high-volume Amano EX-9000?

The six-pack design means each cartridge lasts until print density fades; swap it when red text becomes pale or receipts show gaps, typically after several thousand impressions.

What is the first limit that appears during continuous printing on a Stromberg STR-614?

Ink depletion on the red stripe shows first, causing time stamps to lose colour contrast before the black portion runs out.
