What it is

The SuppliesMax TallyGenicom 706693 black printer ribbon pack contains six compatible ink ribbons built to OEM specifications for dot-matrix printers. It serves businesses that run high-volume receipt, invoice or form printing on supported TallyGenicom and other legacy machines.

Who it suits

Offices using TallyGenicom M132, M184, M79, MT-132, MT-184, Passport Printer or T5000 models will find a direct drop-in fit. Buyers who need colour output, thermal transfer ribbons or cartridges for inkjet or laser devices should look elsewhere.

Installation notes

Each ribbon installs by opening the printer cover, removing the spent cartridge and seating the new spool onto the drive hubs — a process that takes seconds on the listed dot-matrix models. The most common issue is forgetting to tension the ribbon after fitting, which causes smudged or faint characters on the first few pages.
