Waterproof roll-top dry bag

The Swiss Gear OD5LRY01 is a roll-top backpack made from 500D PVC with a reinforced double-thick bottom. It uses a secure seal closure to keep contents completely dry. A free waterproof phone case is included for extra protection of valuables. Adjustable shoulder straps allow backpack or crossbody carry.

Suited for water sports and light travel

Kayakers, paddle boarders, swimmers and campers needing a floating sack for clothes, electronics or essentials will find the range of capacities useful. Buyers who want a structured hiking frame, internal organisation pockets or a rigid laptop sleeve should look at something else. The single-strap design is not built for heavy load hauling over long distances.

Choose by capacity from 5L to 40L

The litre volume decides whether the bag fits a phone and wallet or a full weekend of gear. Five discrete sizes are offered: 5L, 10L, 20L, 30L and 40L. Match the capacity to the trip length and the bulk of items you must keep dry.

Questions about this item

Will the roll-top closure on the 500D PVC pack stay sealed if I set it down on wet sand?

The roll-top design creates a secure seal that keeps gear completely dry when closed correctly.

How can I verify the waterproof phone case is protecting my device after I close the bag?

Place a dry tissue inside the case, submerge briefly, then check the tissue — if it stays dry the seal is working.

Does the OD5LRY01 come with the adjustable shoulder strap attached or do I need to buy one separately?

The adjustable shoulder strap is included so you can wear it as a backpack or crossbody bag right away.
