SXDOOL 4020 24V Maglev Mute Fan GM2404PKVX-A case fan
40 mm square, 20 mm thick case fan with maglev bearing runs at 8200 rpm, delivers 10.8 CFM at 32.0 dB(A) on 24 V DC
- Maglev HYPRO bearing reduces friction and noise
- 0 dB(A) noise level keeps the system quiet
- 8 CFM airflow at 8200 rpm cools components
- 24 V DC operation with 7.0–26.6 V range fits many builds
- L10 predicted life of 50,000 hours supports long-term use
40 mm 24 V Maglev case fan
This 40 mm case fan runs on 24 V DC and uses a maglev bearing for quiet operation. It is suited for compact chassis or inverter cooling where space is tight. The glass-fibre reinforced frame and PBT shell keep the unit light and rigid.
Replaces sleeve or ball-bearing 40 mm fans
The maglev design removes mechanical contact, so noise stays at 32.0 dB (A) while rated speed reaches 8200 r.p.m. Upgrade when an existing 4020 fan has become noisy or when predicted life of 50000 hours is required. The wide voltage range of 7.0 V to 26.6 V lets it tolerate supply variation.
Fits 40 x 40 x 20 mm mounts with two-wire power
Red and black leads connect directly to a 24 V header or inverter supply drawing 1.7 W. Counter-clockwise rotor exhausts air from the bracket side, so orient the fan for outward flow. Staggered and lock-rotor protection shut the motor down if airflow is blocked.

Questions about this item
Will the 40 mm by 40 mm by 20 mm frame fit my 4020 mounting holes?
Yes, the fan measures exactly 40 mm square and 20 mm thick, matching standard 4020 mounting patterns.
Which wire is positive when I connect the red and black leads to a 24 V header?
Red is positive and black is negative; apply between 7.0 V and 26.6 V DC for safe operation.
How long before the Maglev HYPRO bearing needs replacement?
The manufacturer rates it for 50,000 hours L10 life at up to 70 °C ambient.
