230 V all-metal case fan

The SXDOOL UTHS457C is a 120 mm square case fan with a 38 mm thickness designed for 230 V mains supply. Its all-metal construction targets high-temperature environments where standard plastic fans may not survive. It is suited for industrial enclosures or specialised cooling projects that demand robust materials and direct AC power. This fan is not for builders who need PWM speed control or low-voltage motherboard headers.

Mounting and power checks

Verify that your chassis has 120 mm mounting holes spaced for a 38 mm thick frame before ordering. Confirm the installation site can safely route and terminate a 230 V AC supply with appropriate insulation and strain relief. Ensure the airflow direction matches your thermal layout since the unit lacks reversible blades. Check that no nearby components obstruct the deeper 38 mm profile.

Questions about this item

Does the UTHS457C 230V fan ship with mounting screws or a power cable, or must they be bought separately?

The product is supplied as the fan unit only; mounting hardware and a 230 V power lead are not included and must be sourced separately.

Which capacity or version of the SXDOOL UTHS457C should I choose for a 120 mm by 120 mm by 38 mm all-metal high-temperature slot?

Only one version exists — the UTHS457C 230V ROYAL FAN — so select that model when the opening measures 120 × 120 × 38 mm.
