Temptrol Tub and Shower Valve Body

The Symmons S262BODY is a brass tub and shower valve body designed for sweat connections. It features a 1/2 inch connection size and two ports for standard installations. This non-CEC compliant unit serves as the rough-in component for Temptrol trim kits.

Brass Construction with Sweat Connections

The valve body is manufactured from brass for durability in plumbing systems. Sweat connections require soldering during installation, creating permanent joints. The non-reversible design means the inlet orientation is fixed and must be planned before rough-in work begins.

Compatible with S-86-2-BODY Cartridge

This valve body accepts the Symmons S-86-2-BODY replacement cartridge for maintenance. No additional accessories or software are bundled with the valve body itself. Trim kits and cartridges are sold separately to complete the shower system.
