38W Bluetooth 5.4 FM Transmitter

This Syncwire adapter plugs into a 12 V–24 V accessory socket and adds wireless audio streaming plus dual fast-charging ports. It suits drivers who want hands-free calls and music playback through the factory radio without replacing the head unit.

FM frequency and 38 W charging limits

Audio quality depends on finding a clear FM channel; static appears on crowded bands and cannot be eliminated by the device. The combined 38 W output splits between a USB-C PD 20 W port and a USB-A QC 3.0 port, so simultaneous charging runs below each port's individual maximum.

Plug-in installation and common issues

No tools or wiring are required — insert the unit, pair a phone over Bluetooth 5.4, and tune the radio to the displayed frequency. Interference is the usual complaint; the supplier advises switching to another open frequency and re-pairing if noise persists.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the Type-C PD port or the Quick Charge 3.0 port for my phone?

Use the Type-C PD port for up to 20W fast charging on newer phones, or the Quick Charge 3.0 port for compatible Android devices; both can run together for a combined 38W output.

What does the 38W total power rating mean when I plug in two devices?

The transmitter can deliver up to 38W shared between the two ports, so a phone on the 20W Type-C PD port and another on the Quick Charge 3.0 port both charge at high speed simultaneously.

How does Bluetooth 5.4 affect FM streaming and call quality in my car?

Bluetooth 5.4 gives a more stable link for music streaming over FM and clearer hands-free calls with CVC noise suppression, plus faster pairing and voice-assistant support.
