Magnetic Dashboard Mount

The Syncwire SW1064 is a MagSafe-compatible magnetic phone holder finished in Titanium Black. It attaches to a vehicle dashboard, windshield or a desk and holds iPhone 12 through iPhone 17 series models with a single-hand motion. The zinc-alloy body uses precision CNC machining and a matte electroplated surface for a rigid, premium feel.

Surface Preparation Required

The mount bonds with 3M GPH-160 adhesive and must be applied to a smooth, hard surface such as glass, hard plastic or metal. Wipe the area clean with a dry cloth or rubbing alcohol before installation. Leather, suede, soft rubber, textured or uneven surfaces will not provide a secure bond and are not recommended.

Foldable Arm Frees Dashboard Space

A three-axis folding arm extends to 13.8 cm and collapses to 1.5 cm, while the base measures 4.5 cm in diameter. The N55 magnetic ring is 5.8 cm wide and the fully assembled unit fits within 6.5 in x 5.6 in x 7.6 in. Three metal damping axles tested to 12000 cycles keep the phone steady and the low profile clears sight-lines when folded.

Questions about this item

Does the SW1064 come with everything needed to stick it to my dashboard, or must I buy adhesive separately?

The mount includes a 3M GPH-160 adhesive pad for a smooth, hard surface such as hard plastic, glass or metal; clean the area with a dry cloth or rubbing alcohol before applying.

The listing mentions dashboard, windshield and desk use — which mounting style is best for a Tesla dashboard?

The 3M GPH-160 adhesive bonds securely to the hard plastic of a Tesla dashboard; avoid leather, suede or textured surfaces where the adhesive cannot grip.

The product highlights a 55 magnetic rating — what does that mean for day-to-day hold on bumpy roads?

The N55 magnets keep an iPhone 12 through 17 series firmly in place with no wobble, even on rough roads, and allow one-second one-hand attachment and release.
