Front-loading drive bays and single PCIe slot

Four front-accessible bays accept 3.5-inch SATA hard drives or 2.5-inch SATA SSDs using tool-less trays. Memory expansion up to 32GB uses standard DDR4 ECC SO-DIMM modules. A single PCIe Gen3 slot accepts compatible 10GbE or 25GbE network adapters. Installers must verify adapter length clearance within the 1U depth and confirm drive firmware compatibility before deployment.

Four integrated RJ-45 ports operate at 10/100/1000M speeds and support link aggregation for load balancing and failover. Sequential throughput reaches 2000 MB/s read and 1300 MB/s write under vendor test conditions. The 1GbE interfaces limit peak transfer rates for workloads demanding sustained multi-gigabit throughput. Environments requiring native 10GbE or 25GbE connectivity must populate the PCIe slot with a supported adapter.
