Precision Lighting for Desk Work

The Syrinx YG605 is an 18-watt LED clamp lamp that delivers 2000 lumens at a 6000 kelvin colour temperature. Its dual-head design uses 96 LEDs with a CRI above 90 to provide flicker-free, low-blue-light illumination across a 70-inch wide area. The heavy-duty clamp secures to desktops up to 2.95 inches thick without drooping.

Suited to Dual-Screen Users and Hands-Free Control

This lamp fits professionals who need broad, adjustable coverage for two monitors and prefer gesture on/off operation while crafting or typing. Built-in 15, 30 and 60-minute auto-off timers and 50 preset modes support long sessions. Buyers who need a smaller footprint or a fixture without a clamp should look elsewhere.

Clamp Thickness Decides Compatibility

The maximum desktop thickness of 2.95 inches is the single specification that determines whether this lamp can be mounted on your work surface. Measure the edge before ordering.

Questions about this item

Does the package include everything needed to mount the clamp on a desk up to 2.95 in thick, or must I buy extra hardware?

The heavy-duty clamp ships with the lamp and grips desktops up to 2.95 in thick; no additional mounting parts are required.

How do I decide between the five color temperatures ranging from 3000 K to 6000 K for my workspace?

Choose 3000 K for warm, relaxed reading; 6000 K for cool, high-contrast screen work; the three intermediate steps let you match the light to the task.

With 2000 initial lumens from an 18 W dual-head bar, how wide an area actually lights up on a dual-monitor desk?

The 23.7 in light bar produces a 70 in wide illumination zone, covering two large monitors evenly at full extension.
