Standalone Flash-to-Disc Duplicator

The Systor PMBC-7 copies data from USB, SD or CF media onto blank CD or DVD discs without a computer. It handles one source and up to seven targets in a single run. The built-in LCD screen and 128 MB buffer guide the process through multi-session and disc-spanning jobs. It suits offices and archives that need physical backups of flash-stored files.

SATA Drives and Multi-Format Card Slots

Seven internal SATA optical drives write at up to 48X for CD-R and 24X for DVD±R. The front panel accepts USB 1.1 through 3.2, full-size and micro SD cards up to SDUC, plus CF Type I and II and Memory Stick variants. No host software is required; the duplicator manages verification and error reporting on its own display.

Replaces PC-Based Burning Workflows

This unit removes the need to tie up a workstation for batch disc creation. The jump is worthwhile when you regularly duplicate flash media to optical discs for distribution or long-term storage. It does not support Blu-ray media, encrypted retail discs or direct drive-to-drive cloning without a source disc or card present.

Questions about this item

What USB standard does the duplicator use and what is the maximum read speed it can sustain in practice?

The unit supports USB 1.1 through USB 3.2 so any flash drive will connect, but the practical ceiling is the optical drive itself — CD tops out at 48X and DVD at 24X for recordable media.

How many optical drives does the chassis hold and what interface do they use?

One source drive plus up to seven target drives, all connected via SATA inside the standalone tower.

How do I start a copy job from a flash card without a PC, and what step do users often miss?

Insert the source card into the front USB, SD or CF slot, load blank discs in the targets, then choose the copy mode on the LCD menu — the step people skip is confirming the correct mode (flash-to-disc, disc-to-disc, multi-session or disc-spanning) before pressing start.
