Questions about this item

Will the 1-1/4 inch by 2-1/4 inch escutcheon cover the existing holes left by my old faucet trim?

The chrome escutcheon measures 1-1/4 inches long by 2-1/4 inches wide and is made of brass, so compare those dimensions to your current cut-outs before installing.

How can I confirm the chrome finish is flawless once the escutcheon is mounted?

After fitting, inspect the brass escutcheon under good light; the chrome surface should be uniform with no pitting, scratches or discoloration around the 1-1/4 by 2-1/4 inch face.

Does the box contain only the escutcheon or are mounting screws and a gasket included?

The package supplies the chrome-plated brass escutcheon itself; fasteners, sealant or any additional trim pieces must be sourced separately.
