Airtight Coffee Canister

The TacoMynxify AFL01 is a 22oz stainless steel food storage jar built for coffee lovers who want beans or grounds to stay fresh longer. Its airtight seal with a CO2-release valve blocks oxygen and moisture while letting carbon dioxide escape, preserving aroma for up to 12 months. The matte black 304 steel body resists rust and odors, making it suitable for daily kitchen or office use.

Check Your Storage Needs

Verify that a 4.7 in by 4.7 in by 7.3 in container fits your pantry shelf or countertop space before ordering. The jar is dishwasher safe but not microwave safe, so plan cleaning accordingly. Ensure you store only dry goods such as coffee, tea, sugar or cereal, as the design is not intended for liquids or wet ingredients.

Build Quality and Daily Use

Food-grade 304 stainless steel construction delivers a durable, odor-resistant vessel that will not warp or absorb smells over time. A locking lid with a silicone gasket and a one-way degassing valve create a reliable seal, while a built-in date tracker on the lid helps you monitor roast or refill dates. The included 2 tbsp scoop stores on the side with a non-slip silicone handle for secure, measured portioning.

Questions about this item

Does the AFL01 come with a scoop or do I buy one separately?

The canister includes a 2 tbsp scoop with a non-slip silicone handle that stores on the side and is engraved with 1/8 cup 30ml markings.

What makes the 22oz capacity right for home use?

At 1.8L the jar holds up to 22oz of whole beans or ground coffee and fits on a countertop or in a pantry without taking much space.

How does the CO2 valve actually keep coffee fresh once the jar is in my kitchen?

The one-way valve lets carbon dioxide escape while the silicone gasket blocks air and moisture, so beans stay aromatic for up to 12 months.
