Mobile Suit Gundam 0083 Figure

This Tamashii Nations Robot Spirits ver. A.N.I.M.E. release depicts the RX-78GP01 Gundam GP01 from the classic OVA. Multi-axis joints and hinged armor plates work together to deliver highly articulated posing for adult collectors. The figure stands approximately 4.5 inches tall and arrives in new condition.

Weapons and Effect Parts Included

The set supplies four pairs of optional hands plus a dedicated hand storage deck for quick swaps. A beam rifle, shield and bullpup machine gun arm the figure while two rifle cartridges, a beam rifle holder, saber effects, a curved saber blade and multiple beam and Vernier effect parts recreate battle scenes. Some effects are interchangeable with the GP02 figure sold separately.

4.5-Inch Scale Determines Display Fit

At roughly 4.5 inches the GP01 matches the ver. A.N.I.M.E. line scale so it integrates with other Robot Spirits releases on the same shelf. Collectors needing a larger centerpiece or a different mobile suit line will find this size unsuitable.

Questions about this item

Do the joints or hinged armor on this Ver. A.N.I.M.E. figure need periodic tightening?

The multi-axis joints and hinged armor are engineered for repeated posing; no scheduled tightening is required under normal display use.

What limits how long the RX-78GP01 can stay in an action pose?

The 4.5-inch figure relies on joint friction and balance; very extended limbs may sag over time, so reposition occasionally for long-term display.

Does the figure generate any heat or noise when left on a shelf all day?

It is a non-electronic collectible with no moving parts, so it produces no heat, fan noise, or power draw whatsoever.
