Questions about this item

How do I install the chrome-plated small parts without damaging the finish?

Trim each part from the sprue with sharp side cutters, then clean the gate mark with a fine file or sanding stick before cementing; avoid touching the plated surfaces with fingers to prevent oils from marring the shine.

What maintenance will the rubber-like tires need over time?

The vinyl tires can harden or develop flat spots if stored under weight; keep the finished model on a display stand and wipe the tires occasionally with a dry microfibre cloth to preserve texture.

What is the first limit I will hit when assembling this 1/12 scale kit?

The tiny chrome fasteners and thin decal sheets demand steady hands and magnification; rushing these steps causes misaligned graphics or lost hardware before the model reaches its 7-inch length.
