Tamron 18-300mm f/3.5-6.3 Di III-A VC VXD Sony E 15PC Kit camera lens

All-in-one APS-C superzoom

The Tamron 18-300mm f/3.5-6.3 Di III-A VC VXD is built for Sony E-mount APS-C cameras and delivers a 27mm-450mm equivalent focal range. A 16.6x zoom ratio lets you move from wide landscapes to distant subjects without changing lenses. The VXD linear motor provides fast, quiet autofocus, while VC image stabilisation helps keep handheld shots steady at long reach. Weather-sealed construction adds durability for outdoor use.

Travel shooters and everyday versatility

This kit suits photographers who want a single lens for walk-around, travel and family events where swapping gear is impractical. The 5.9 inch minimum focus distance also allows close-up detail work at 1:2 magnification. Buyers who need wider maximum apertures for low-light interiors or shallow depth-of-field portraits should look at something else. The variable f/3.5-6.3 aperture limits light gathering at the telephoto end.

15-piece accessory bundle adds protection

The included 67mm filter set supplies UV, circular polariser and FLD filters plus gradual colour filters for in-camera effects. A tulip hood reduces flare, while the blower, cleaning pen, cloth and starter kit keep optics clear in the field. A lens-cap keeper prevents lost caps during fast-paced shooting. Together the accessories let you start shooting and protecting the lens immediately.
