Versatile 28-300mm zoom for Sony E-mount

The Tamron 28-300mm f/4-7.1 Di III VC VXD lens covers wide-angle, standard and telephoto focal lengths in a single optic designed for mirrorless cameras. It suits photographers who want one lens for landscapes, everyday scenes and distant subjects without changing glass. Vibration Compensation helps steady handheld shots across the range.

Flower hood, caps and Vanguard ALTA PRO 2+ tripod

A flower-shaped hood reduces flare, while front and rear caps protect the optics during transport. The bundled Vanguard ALTA PRO 2+ 264AB 4-section aluminum tripod with BH-100 ball head adds a stable platform for long exposures, video work or precise composition at 300mm.

Ideal for travel and all-in-one shooters

This kit fits users who value a wide zoom range and a sturdy tripod in one purchase, especially for travel or general-purpose photography. Photographers who need a constant wide aperture throughout the zoom range or faster maximum apertures for low-light work should consider other options.

Questions about this item

Will the flower-shaped hood or front cap need replacing after regular use?

The bundle includes a flower-shaped hood and front cap; both are standard protective items that only need replacement if physically damaged.

What aperture limit appears first when shooting continuously at 300 mm?

At 300 mm the maximum aperture is f/6.3, so depth of field and light intake are most restricted at the telephoto end.

How much heat or noise does the lens produce during all-day handheld shooting?

The lens has no internal motor or fan, so it generates no audible noise and negligible heat during extended use.
