Compatibility Check

Verify that your camera body uses the Sony E mount and covers the full-frame image circle. Confirm the lens barrel diameter matches the filter threads and any adapter rings you already own. Ensure the tripod head can accept the lens foot or your camera base plate.

Thermals Noise and Power

The lens draws power from the camera body for its VXD focus motor and built-in vibration compensation. No external power supply is required and the optical design produces no audible fan noise. Typical operation remains quiet during autofocus and stabilization.
