Tamron 90mm f/2.8 Di III VXD Macro Lens (Nikon Z) + Sling Backpack + Accessories Kit

Versatile Macro and Portrait Kit

This kit centers on a 90mm f/2.8 macro lens built for full-frame Nikon Z mirrorless cameras. It delivers 1:1 magnification at a 9.1" minimum focusing distance for detailed close-ups. The fast aperture also supports shallow depth of field for flattering portrait work. Included accessories like a sling backpack, 64GB memory card, and filter kit prepare you for varied shooting scenarios.

Build Quality and Daily Handling

A moisture-resistant construction with fluorine and BBAR-G2 coatings protects the front element from dust, moisture, and fingerprints. The sliding hood window lets you rotate circular polarizers or swap 67mm filters without removing the hood. An assignable focus set button and focus limiter switch are positioned for quick thumb access during handheld sessions. The calibrated focus ring provides smooth, precise manual control when autofocus is not ideal.

Thermals, Noise and Power Draw

The VXD linear motor focus system operates quietly, making it suitable for video recording and noise-sensitive environments. Power is drawn directly from the Nikon Z camera body through the mount, requiring no external batteries or cables. The compact, lightweight design minimizes fatigue during extended handheld use or when mounted on the included 12-inch flexible tripod. No active cooling is needed, so the lens runs silently in normal operation.
