Brighter, stronger, bigger spotlight

The taoquwe W5225-L uses a P90 LED chip to project a focused beam rated at 2,000,000 lumens with a claimed reach of 6,000 feet or 2,000 metres. It is built for boating, camping and hunting where long-range illumination is essential. Three blue indicators show charge status at 33, 66 and 100 percent.

Upgrade from Micro-USB lights

USB-C charging cuts the recharge cycle to 34 hours, roughly three times faster than older Micro-USB models according to the supplier. Runtime extends beyond 30 hours on a single charge and the cell is rated for more than 15,000 recharge cycles. The IPX7 rating also surpasses the IPX4 protection common on basic flashlights.

Check USB-C cable and tripod angles

The light requires a USB-C cable for charging; ensure you have one available as none is guaranteed in the box. The foldable tripod locks at 120, 140 or 160 degrees, so verify those angles suit your hands-free mounting needs. The USB output works only as a temporary power bank for small devices.

Questions about this item

What size is the foldable tripod base on the W5225-L spotlight?

The integrated tripod adjusts to three fixed angles of 120, 140, and 160 degrees for hands-free positioning on flat surfaces.

How do I charge the spotlight correctly, and what step do people often miss?

Connect any USB-C cable to the input port; the three blue LEDs will show 33, 66, and 100 percent — wait until all three are lit before unplugging.

When will the rechargeable battery need replacement?

The NiCAD pack is rated for 15,000-plus charge cycles, so under normal use it should last for years before capacity drops noticeably.
