Dual Connectivity Presentation Remote

The Targus AMP06804AMGL is a presentation remote designed for professionals who need reliable wireless control. It offers dual connectivity through Bluetooth or a 2.40 GHz radio frequency link, making it suitable for varied meeting environments and device setups.

20-Metre Range With Timer Alerts

The remote operates at distances up to 20 metres or 65 feet, giving presenters freedom to move around a room. An integrated LCD screen displays a timer while vibrating alerts provide silent cues, helping speakers manage their allotted time without checking a watch.

AES Encryption And Antimicrobial Finish

The included USB receiver uses AES 128-bit encryption to secure the wireless link against unauthorised access. An antimicrobial infused finish continuously inhibits microorganism growth on the surface, while a red laser pointer highlights content and an LED warns of low battery.

Questions about this item

Will the 2.4 GHz USB receiver work with my older laptop that only has USB-A ports?

The receiver uses a standard USB-A connector and AES 128-bit encryption, so it plugs directly into any USB-A port and secures the link without extra software.

How can I confirm the laser pointer and timer are functioning during a rehearsal?

Press the laser button to see the red beam and start the on-screen timer; vibrating alerts will pulse at your set intervals and the LCD shows the countdown.

Does the package include a battery or do I need to buy one separately?

The remote ships with a pre-installed battery; the LED low-battery alert will flash when a replacement is eventually required.
