Replacement Kit for Magnetic Privacy Screens

This kit provides six magnetic strips designed to mount Targus magnetic privacy screens. It is intended for users who have lost or damaged the original attachment hardware for their existing filter. The package also includes a cleaning cloth and a visual user guide.

Simple Magnetic Attachment with Basic Tools

Installation relies on the included magnetic strips and the visual guide, requiring no adhesives or specialised tools. The most common issue is residual dust or fingerprints on the display surface, which the supplied cloth addresses before alignment. Ensure the screen and monitor bezel are clean for a secure hold.

Verify Screen Compatibility Before Ordering

This kit is designed specifically for Targus magnetic privacy screens; it will not work with adhesive, tab-mounted or non-magnetic filters. Confirm that your current privacy screen uses the same magnetic mounting method. The strips measure 3.94" by 5.90" and add 0.04" depth.
