Universal Serialized Combination Lock

The Targus DEFCON Ultimate Universal Serialized Combination Lock comes in a 25 pack for securing multiple devices across a team. It fits essentially any lock slot, including oversized wedge slots, and uses a serialized combination so no keys are required.

Practical Limits of Combination Security

A combination lock relies on users remembering or recording their code, so lost combinations cannot be recovered by the manufacturer. The mechanism fits standard and oversized wedge slots, but it cannot secure devices that lack a compatible lock slot entirely.

Build Quality and Daily Use

The lock body is built for repeated attachment and removal in shared environments such as offices or classrooms. Serialized numbering on each unit simplifies asset tracking, while the keyless design removes the risk of lost or duplicated keys during daily handoffs.
