Questions about this item

How do I install the laptop into the Targus Intellect TSB966GL backpack and what step do people often miss?

Open the main compartment, slide the 15.6 inch notebook into the dedicated padded sleeve until it rests against the back panel, then secure the retention strap; the step often missed is fastening that strap, which prevents the device from shifting when the bag is upright.

What maintenance or replacement will the Targus Intellect TSB966GL backpack need over time?

Spot-clean the black polyester exterior with a damp cloth and mild detergent; inspect the shoulder-strap stitching and zipper pulls periodically, and replace the bag if the padded sleeve shows compression that no longer cushions the 15.6 inch notebook.
