Targus 13.3" EVA laptop case

The Targus TBD013US is a hard-sided carrying case built from moulded Ethylene Vinyl Acetate to protect laptops with screens up to 13.3 inches. A foam bubble interior cushions the device while promoting airflow during transport. The cover doubles as a lap desk for mobile work sessions. A removable shoulder strap enables hands-free carrying or storage inside a larger bag.

Check laptop thickness

The case measures 8.9 x 12.8 x 0.7 inches, so verify your device fits within this depth. Ensure the rigid shell does not block side ports, vents or charging connectors on your specific model. The adjustable strap attaches via integrated loops; confirm these anchor points suit your carrying style. Weight is 1.4 lbs, adding minimal bulk to a commute.

Replaces soft sleeves lacking impact protection

This case upgrades from basic neoprene or fabric sleeves that cannot shield glass displays from bending or crushing forces. The hard EVA shell is worth the switch when you carry a laptop in crowded bags or drop-prone environments. It is not for users needing storage for power bricks, documents or accessories beyond the laptop itself.
