Emergency escape ladder for multi-storey homes
The TAURKENAM fire escape ladder extends 32.8 feet to reach from upper-floor windows or balconies. It is constructed from high-strength polyester webbing rated for a 2300-pound load capacity. The solid wooden rungs prevent flexing or binding underfoot and are sewn into the webbing to stop rotation during use.
Households needing a compact secondary exit
This ladder suits families, hotels, offices and schools that require a reusable emergency route from three-to-five-storey windows. It deploys in seconds without assembly and weighs only 11 pounds, so children can carry it. Buyers who need a permanently fixed metal staircase or a ladder certified for commercial fire-code compliance should look elsewhere.
Supports multiple occupants up to 2300 lb
The 2300-pound rating provides headroom for several adults descending simultaneously in an emergency. The 32.8-foot length covers typical third-to-fifth-floor heights, while the lightweight webbing packs small enough to store under a bed or in a closet. Buildings taller than the ladder’s reach will require a longer model or an alternative escape system.

Questions about this item
Does the 32.8 ft length require a specific window sill height or balcony railing to hook onto?
The ladder deploys from a window or balcony opening; the 32.8 ft length reaches three to five stories, so the attachment point must be high enough for that drop.
Can the solid wood rungs support an adult and child together without exceeding the 2300 lb rating?
Yes, the 2300 lb load capacity covers multiple occupants at once, and the solid rungs prevent flexing when stepped on.
After hanging the 11 lb ladder, what visual check confirms it is ready for descent?
Verify the polyester webbing hangs straight with no twists, the wood rungs sit level, and the hook or strap is fully seated on the sill or railing.
