Classic Straight Razor Kit

The TAURKENAM kit is a traditional straight razor made of high-grade stainless steel designed for clean beard and mustache grooming. It includes one hundred single blades and a brown strop for blade maintenance. The razor features a 2mm exposed edge for precise visibility while shaving.

Home Users and Salon Professionals

This kit suits men who prefer a classic wet-shave experience and want full control over blade angle and pressure. Buyers who want an electric shaver or a cartridge system with pivoting heads should look at a different product type.

Check Blade Compatibility and Strop Use

Before ordering verify that you are comfortable loading single-edge blades into the insertion port and securing the protection cap as described. Ensure you have a routine for stropping the blade to maintain its edge between shaves.

Questions about this item

Do I need to supply my own strop to maintain the blade edge?

No, the kit already includes a brown strop so you can hone the edge straight out of the box.

Will the 100 single blades fit older straight razors that use a different shank width?

These blades are sized for the kit's own insertion port; compatibility with other razors depends on their blade width and locking mechanism.

How can I confirm the razor is assembled correctly before the first shave?

Ensure the blade sits locked inside the safety walls and the protection cap clicks tight after a gentle squeeze.
