Thunderbolt 4 docking station with 96W charging
The TAURKENAM Thunderbolt 4 docking station delivers 96W Power Delivery through its upstream host port while providing one USB-A 3.2 Gen 2 port at 10Gbps and three Thunderbolt 4 downstream ports. Each downstream port supports 15W charging, 40Gbps data transfer and video output up to 8K@30Hz or dual 4K@60Hz. Windows 11/10 laptops with Thunderbolt 4 and MacBooks on macOS 11 or later are compatible.
Bundled 150W GaN power supply and 0.8M cable
The package includes a 150W GaN power supply with a C5 power cable and a 0.8M Thunderbolt 4 cable for host connection. This power supply enables the full 96W host charging capability while simultaneously powering the three downstream ports at 15W each. The supplied cable ensures certified 40Gbps performance between the dock and the laptop without requiring a separate purchase.
Check your laptop has a Thunderbolt 4 port
Verify the host laptop provides a Thunderbolt 4 port (Intel Evo Platform on Windows 11/10) or runs macOS 11 Big Sur or later on MacBook. Base-model M1/M2/M3 Macs support only one external monitor through this dock despite its dual-display capability. The unit operates at 30-50°C (86-122°F) under load, so ensure adequate ventilation on the desk surface.

Questions about this item
Does the 150 W GaN power supply need to be replaced after a certain period?
The included 150 W GaN power supply has no stated replacement interval; it is designed for continuous operation within the 30-50 °C range.
What limit appears first during sustained 40 Gbps transfers through the three downstream ports?
The hub regulates heat and operates at 30-50 °C; thermal throttling would occur before the 40 Gbps bandwidth ceiling is reached.
How warm does the hub get when all three downstream ports run at 15 W charging and 40 Gbps data all day?
Standard operating temperature is 30-50 °C (86-122 °F); the unit dissipates heat efficiently without active cooling.
