Installation And Common Issues

The case snaps onto the phone with a built-in screen protector already in place, so no separate film alignment is needed. The detachable belt-clip holster rotates and the kickstand folds out from the back. A frequent issue is that the integrated screen protector can trap dust if the phone surface is not perfectly clean before fitting.

Questions about this item

What does the 20-foot drop-test rating mean for everyday protection?

The case survived CNET's "Best Case Scenario" drop test from 20 feet, so it is built to handle repeated hard falls onto concrete without cracking the phone.

How does the built-in screen protector affect touch response and Face ID?

The integrated protector stops scratches while keeping full touch sensitivity and does not interfere with Face ID unlocking.

Will the detachable belt-clip holster and kickstand work with the iPhone 12 Pro's 6.1-inch dimensions?

Yes, the holster swivels for vertical or horizontal carry and the kickstand folds flush; both are sized specifically for the 6.1-inch iPhone 12 and 12 Pro.
